1. Returns & Refunds
You may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

5. Exchanges
If you need an exchange (e.g., for a different size or product), please specify this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Final Sale Items
Discounted, clearance, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
